East Metro Project Homeless Connect
Service Providers

Register Now to be a Service Provider!  One week following your registration, the Sector Coordinator will contact you to welcome you and answer any questions.

One June 29, 2009, Ramsey, Washington and Dakota Counties and the City of St. Paul will partner with service providers, businesses, citizens and faith communities as a major part of our effort to end homelessness in the Twin Cities.  We expect to serve up to 1,300 homeless or at-risk families, single adults and youth.

Last June, 1,181 people in 998 households experiencing or threatened with homelessness were able to connect with 92 organizations providing housing and services, assisted by more than 375 volunteers.  It was an amazing day!

Project Homeless Connect is once again reaching out to our invaluable community providers to serve those experiencing or at-risk of homelessness on site at the St. Paul RiverCentre.  We need your services to provide legal assistance, social services, job services, housing information and referrals, eye exams, medical screenings, dental care, hair cuts, transportation, education (including school registration), and so much more.

Your services are a critical part of the event.  Please take the opportunity to register your organization as a provider.  Space is limited so please complete your registration online as soon as possible.  The deadline for registration is June 20, 2009.

Note: Please ensure that your tables are staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the day of the event.

If you have any questions about your participation as a service provider, please contact Helene Freint at hfreint@westsidechs.org  or at 651.290.6815.

Thank you!  We look forward to working with you to end homelessness in our community.
